If we delete a task with files attached, how do we recover them?

In your favorites you have “Deleted items”.
But if you selected “Delete permanently” then you have to contact Asana support.
I’m also interested of there is another solution.
That’s the one I found, also. I didn’t realized there was an option in the left menu bar.
