Received email that would delete my personal project but the instructions to maintain it don’t work

I’ve just spent the last half hour trying to add a single task to the personal project area. It is impossible doesn’t work. You need to fix this and not deactivate

Personal Projects are an older (legacy) Asana feature that is currently being phased out. This space operates independently from your other Asana spaces, such as workspaces and organizations. Only users with inactive Personal Projects spaces have received deactivation notifications, but you are welcome to keep yours if you wish.

To retain your Personal Projects space, simply log in and create a single task within it. Once the task is created, no further action is required, and your Personal Projects space will remain active.

If you’re unsure whether this action was successful, feel free to reach out to our Support team. While we don’t have access to account details here in the Forum, the Support team can review your account and confirm everything for you.

@Clyde_Street, Can you provide more information other than “it doesn’t work” and “it is impossible?”

It’s helpful to say what happens when you try, share screenshots, provide the exact steps you’re trying, indicate what the system response is, etc., in order to enable others to help you in an asynchronous manner, such as a Forum post.

There is nothing to screenshot. When I press the button to try to add a task nothing happens. It doesn’t work. Nothing happens there’s no error. It simply does not create anything. It is inoperative.

I don’t know what documentation you need for something that doesn’t work, it doesn’t respond. I can’t make a new task.

This needs to be fixed or else simply do not delete my personal area.

There is confusion on my side as I use Personal Projects on a daily basis … it is a separate account (Konto, named in my german version). Do I mix up the naming?
