Previously, reassigning a task to a new user was instant. Now, it’s taking up to 20 seconds for that action to complete. Our team members are experiencing this on different browsers and at different geographic locations.

For a few weeks now we have been experiencing painful slowness; forcing us to restart the app/the Chrome tab several times a day. Support is investigating our account.

That’s about how long it’s been happening for us too, like 3-4 weeks. It’s getting progressively worse though.
Looks to be ok - I’ll contact support. This sounds like a silly question, but any time I try the link for support I just get a bunch of help topics in an FAQ. How do I contact a person?
