Really slow loading time on project board view

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing: Slow loading time when opening a specific project board view.

Steps to reproduce: I have a specific project who is really slow to load. Tried moving all the finished tasks to a different project but didn’t help. List view is quicker, but board view is taking a long time. Even tried to duplicate the project but no dice.

Browser version: Chrome, Firefox and Edge. Tried all 3

Hi @Administrateur, this is most likely related to the number of task, attachments or filters/sorting options you have set up on your project. To investigate this further, I’d recommend reaching directly to our support team who will be able to take a closer look into this for you! When reaching out, make sure to provide them with the following info, it will facilitate their investigations:

  • URL of this thread (so you don’t have to re-explain everything from scratch
  • URL of the project
  • Screenshot of the project (including filtering option if there are any
  • If possible, a screencast illustrating the issue. Make sure to have your Javascript console open. if you’re using Chrome, you can refer to the following article to open your Javascript console (Chrome DevTools - Chrome Developers)
