Hi everyone. I am facing an issue and I assume I am doing something wrong. So I have this project that I have shared with multiple people in my organization as well as multiple users from a Client.
We have an ticketing section, for which I created a form. Basically when the client needs to report something wrong within the project, they submit a ticket that gets assigned to a specific person on my team. So far, so good.
The issue is that the client is struggling with accessing the form and they have multiple people on their side. So, icon for the form is next to the section name, but when they click it, they go to the editing version of the form. So they need to click “View form” to then be in the “submission” mode. This is cumbersome and people are just adding tasks to the section, not following the rules and fields of the form.
How can I have the direct link to the submission mode of the form in one click for someone that is actively inside the project board?
