In one org, but not sure if happening in other orgs, I can’t get the project’s Share dialog to load for some newer projects. I created a project today and did nothing else except click the Share dialog and the result is the screenshot below (done in Chrome incognito). I can’t reach the Share dialog for another recently-created project as well, but others work.
Has anyone else run into this? I just created a Support request.
I’m doing pro bono work for a nonprofit client and promised to create a dozen projects for them this weekend for use by their entire org next week and I’m blocked.
This seems to be related to a Guest, as opposed to a Member, accessing the Share dialog because for the same project I was able to access the Share dialog as Member but not Guest.
In this one client org, I realized I could unblock myself and get the work done by setting different project Owners, which was a workaround to adding project members, a side effect of setting an owner–useful when you can’t access the dialog!
Upon setting the Owner to a Member whose credentials I could use, I discovered the Member could access the dialog so I could make my other updates that way.
@Forum-team, I used the Jot form to enter my Support request and have no way to update them 1) that maybe Guest is the issue, and 2) I just discovered the problem is happening in multiple orgs, not just one org, so I’m now blocked doing work for another client that I promised work for this weekend (though for the first client I had Member access so I took care of that).
