# Project template view turns into a loading screen every time I create a new task

Hm that is strange, you are editing like [this](https://asana.com/guide/help/projects/project-templates-2.0#gl-customizing-your-template) yes`?  
Have you tried in a different browser or incognito maybe?  
I recommend checking all the [troubleshooting steps](https://asana.com/guide/help/faq/connectivity) to see if that helps.

If not then I recommend [emailing support](https://forum.asana.com/t/how-to-contact-our-support-team/87774) with a short video showing the problem and I am sure they will be able in having this resolved.
