Project list view doesn't load tasks to display (android)

Dear asana’s team, i would like share with you something that looks like a bug.

What i’m trying to do : using asana app for android and access to the complete task list of my project.

What i’ve tried so far : i tried on an other smartphone (invited collaborator) and it works

What’s not working : the page seems to always loading but without success. There is no error message just the page loading… an other collaborator has also the bug but i have already the hardware and software configuration.

My phone is a Galaxy Note10+ SM-N975F/DS

Version One UI : 4.1

Version Android: 12

Asana : Version 8.73.3

Hoping that issue is known…

Your best bet is: Uninstall and reinstall the app, if you can, and if the problem remains, please create a support ticket: see How to contact our Support Team.
