I have a form created as part of a project. When a user submits that form, I am not getting “Task Added” notifications. (see screenshot - my settings are correct). I DO get all other notifications, but do NOT get any ‘Task Added’ notifications. When I manually create a task, I also do not get ‘Task Added’ notifications. Thanks ![asana](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/asana/original/3X/7/0/704ee036d089e4f72d6d8bd05efc8964d5fb689f.jpeg) ---
