Product Release Project Template

Hi All! I work for a brewery and we release new beers on a very frequent basis. To do this we have a list of tasks that need to be completed in a certain order with certain amount of lead time prior to the launch day. I am hoping to build a template that I can duplicate for each new beer but have it set up so that I can simply input a final deadline/launch day date and then the individual tasks deadlines will auto fill according to timeline in the template. Is this possible?

For Example:
12 weeks prior to launch the beer name and style must be selected
8 weeks prior label needs to be completed and sent to gov
4 weeks out brand collateral needs to be completed and sent to distributors
1 week out product added to website/pos
