Problems in Outlook with Asana AddIn

Hi,

we experience some bugs, when using the Asana Add-In for the Outlook Client on Windows.

  1. Click on any mail.
  2. Create the mail in Asana with the Asana Add-In for Outlook. (error occurs like seen in screenshot)
  3. We dont want to ignore the problem, so we click the only button there and try to restart the Add-In.
  4. Add-In somehow crashes, since nothing else but a white/stuck loading screen is shown.

Please help :frowning:

We have tried:

  • Reinstalling the Add-In
  • Deleting the Outlook profile on windows machine
