Problem with recurring tasks

I have a question.

I have a recurring task every week …

On which my employee needs to comment what her 3 focus elements are for the upcoming week!

I get it in my inbox because she puts the @ but then… when she completes the task, the task is duplicated and then the comments disappear… and actually I want to be able to go in the task and look back to the earlier comments of last week as well

Hello @Jaimy_Lioness, welcome to Asana Forum,
Reccuring tasks option creates new task with name, due date, description e.t.c but without comments. If you need to see whole history of her 3 focus elements ask her to write it into description field.
