Currently, Asana requires that we pay for either 5 or 10 users. My team has 7 individuals, so we are being forced to pay for 3 additional seats that we do not need. Because of this, we are not choosing to pay for Asana. If we had the option to pay for just 7 seats, we would go with Asana.
As a partner, this is a feedback we receive sometimes from clients, overall this is well accepted. I am not sure how other softwares operate.
We have the same problem. I wish they’d let us buy individual seats. We are paying for 10 but only need 6.
