I was wondering if it was possible to preserve an assignee to a task if we delete that team member from our organization. For certain grants we need to preserve who completed each task historically if we get audited. Since some people have left our team, we have ended up deleting them, and then losing that data. The only way I can see being able to maintain this information is creating a new dropdown for assignees and create a label for each user that we have had in the past - not really the ideal as we are duplicating a lot of info. Thanks for your help on this
