Premium account is not working on PCs for 10 days



This is what we see on every single PC and browser in our office. Mobile apps are working fine, but
web page is unavailable. This happens on different wifi networks. Please fix asap. Our account is Pride-Automatics.

Good day. I checked this page at first. There is no direct contact with the support team. And their guidelines “to update the browser” are useless.


Hi again. If you click on ‘I’m having trouble with . . .’ and scroll down to the bottom of the page, you’ll see the ‘Let’s Talk’ button.

If you click that, you’ll get to the contact form. They usually respond really quickly to that.
