Possible to create a portal for customers to check their orders using an order number?

Hello,

We use our asana board to as a way to track our furniture orders. We have a lot of clients that would love to be able to type in an order number and be able to check the status of their order rather than email our admin team for a status.

I was seeing there is something Asana offers that would allow us to create that and if there is someone that is able to share a step-by-step process on how to create that?

There is no easy way to do this. Read-only licenses could allow a client to see only their orders. Read-only views would show all orders to everyone unless you multi-home them into separate projects. We have heard of “FeatValue” as a 3rd party app to create client portal, check it out!

Have you used FeatValue? I’m looking at their website and it seems legit just seeing if others have used it
