Can you add someone as a Guest, to your own Asana license, when they already own an Asana license for their own business
Yes, @anon120127, you can just invite them and it will work.
The terminology Asana uses for this (instead of “license”) is that you each have a different Asana Organization/Workspace (Org if you signed up with an email address with your org’s domain name, Workspace if not).
Your invitee will now be a member of two Orgs/Workspaces and can toggle among them via their profile image menu:
