Possibilities to import user data in asana and generate KPI dashboards per customer

Hi everyone,

maybe this has been asked before - so far I wasn’t able to find an according post or question. For an upcoming project we aim to regularly synchronize certain user data (logins, interactions, etc.) from a plattform we’re running into asana. Afaik this could somehow be possible utilizing data fields (custom-fields) in asana.

What is far more crucial to us within the next step is to generate dashboards with charts to each of the users we want to work more closely with and generate KPI values based upon the regularly synchronized and input data.

Is there a native or any other solutin within asana to do this? If so, I’m glad for tips, instructions and recommendations :slight_smile:

Dashboards with charts are available for this kind of display. Those are found in all projects and all portfolios, and also in Universal Reporting all in Asana. They all work with custom fields (both in projects for task custom fields and in portfolios for project-level custom fields). You can read about them in help.asana.com.
