Populate a Task Field from a List in a cyclic way (first time option A, second time option B and so on)

I would like to populate a New Incoming Task Field depending of a previous submitted task with specific criteria.

I will show an example. I need to receive a request from different countries. For the Same country selection i would need so to select a specific Team from a drop down field. Every time i receive the request from the same country (new Task - Same country) the rule should assign a different Team from the same list. Some sort of cyclic assignment. So first time Team A, second Time Team B and so on. After the list ends, the rule will start assigning from the beginning of the list.

Is this possible?

(FYI this is kind of related to Rules - assign task from list of users (Round Robin) but that request is specific to assignee, whereas yours is more generic to custom field values.)
