I don’t know if this has been address in other posts, but seeing as I could find one, I’ve decided to make my own post.
In June, Asana made a change to email notifications where instead of having all projects listed, only the oldest would be visible, with any other projects listed as x number other projects. This makes it hard for our users to click into the project that is most appropriate to review. We’ve explored other options and workarounds, but for our organization, having multiple projects is the best way for multiple teams to work tasks.
We would like the option to be able to choose which projects to display in Outlook/email notifications, or an option to display all projects in email notifications.
