Pipedrive "updated deal stage" not possible as trigger?

I’ve setup an automation which should get triggered by Pipedrives “watch deals”.
Specifically I want to trigger the automation when a Pipedrive deal gets moved to the stage “Deal Review”.

During development it worked fine (using the “run once” feature).
But when I turn on the scenario and move a deal into the stage it doesn’t get triggered.

This is what the trigger looks like:

Any idea what the issue is?

Do I understand correctly, that scenarios can ONLY run every 1 minute at most?
That’s why there’s always this limit field at the bottom of trigger modules?

Doesn’t it save the actions which triggered the scenario in order to run them by default?
Do I miss several triggers when 3 “trigger actions” happen in one minute, but I only have a limit of 1 set?

As far as I know Zapier zaps just run immediately when they get triggered.
Is this different in make?

There are two types of triggers in make.com

  • ACID (runs after specific customs intervals)
  • INSTANT (runs as soon as the trigger occurs)

The one you are using is an acid trigger. Try using an instant trigger.

P.S. The Type of trigger is written along with the module when you select one.
