When I’m looking at the activities that are assigned to the people in my team is there a way i can see the state of them and not just the tag in the column?
Is there a way to personalize those column?
Are you looking at a Project? In List view? If so, there’s an Options button in the top right that shows all columns that you can toggle on/off.
If you’re on a paid plan, you can add Custom Fields to personalize those columns. You could use one of them to represent the state of each task.

I mean when i go into a mebmer of my team profile and i want to see their activities i have a list but i can’t personalise the column there. I normally use the state field and not the tag (etichette) one.
I don’t believe that you can do that in a shared My Tasks view.
You can make sure tasks are shared in a collaborative project which can have custom fields added there as one way to address this.
it’s a shame, it could be really useful in order mantain track of our team members’ work. I hope it will be added.
