I have created a rule to track the overdue tasks but the rule never starts, Can someone share any recommendation as what could be wrong?
RULE:
WHEN → task is overdue 4hrs after
DO THIS → move the task to another section
Due Date field in shows YESTERDAY
Rule says Active - Rule hasn’t run yet
The rule will not apply retroactively, so maybe that’s why it didn’t run?
I just tested the following rule:
on a task for which I entered a due date/time that was a few minutes in the future. It ran as expected one minute after the due time.
