When using the Assan Outlook Plugin to create a new Task.
Staff, within an email, click on the Asana icon to create a new task.
They can’t select the project to create the new task under.
This staff member is not part of the project.
Is there a way to make this work?
Hello,
A project admin can open the project, go to its settings/share menu, and change the privacy to Shared with Organization (or make sure the parent team is open/public). This allows any member of the organization to find the project and assign tasks to it from integrations like Outlook
