I’m delighted to announce that we have created a brand new category dedicated to Bugs (you can easily access this enw category from our Homepage, but here is a quick shortcut)! This Category is split into three sub-categories:
To report a Bug, simply access the “Report a bug” subcategory and create a new topic (More details can be found in this post). You will then be asked to answer a few questions and will be able to submit your bug. Moderators will keep a close eye on this subcategory and will be in touch to make all verifications necessary before moving your topic to the “Current Bugs” category and report the issue to our Development Team. Once the issue is resolved, your topic will be closed moved to the “Resolved Bugs” Section (note that we can always re-open a topic and move it back to “Current Bugs” if the issue resurface.
How long will it take to resolve the Bug I have reported?
As soon as we report a bug, our Development Team will prioritize it depending on several criteria like (but not limited to):
- Is the feature partially or fully not working
- How much impact Bug is having on users workflow
- How many users are impacted
Note that we don’t share information regarding prioritization in the Forum, but we will make sure to keep you updated as we have an update on our end.
Before filing a new bug, we recommend checking the “Current Bugs” section to make sure you don’t file the bug a second time. If the bug you want to report is already in the Current Bugs section, feel free to comment and add any detail you think could be useful to help our team investigating.
Note that the Bug Category is only available in English at the moment, but we’re looking to expand it to French and German Forums in the near future.
Hope you will find this new Section useful, and as always, feel free to post all your questions and feedback below this post!
Have all a great week
