Otherwise if is not working as it should be

I created Asana rule which bases on the fact that otherwise if should stop checking next ifs once one of them triggers. It turns out that if check if triggers, but action can’t be done, as for example due date is exactly set like that, then next conditions would be checked.

Example enclosed. I believe it should be fixed to change “otherwise if” to something else or get this behaviour changed.

@Adrian3,

I didn’t understand your explanation of why you believe the last “if” is also triggering, but since you say it is, that seems like a bug to me and you should report it:

Try these troubleshooting steps, then please create a support ticket: see How to contact our Support Team.

Thanks,

Larry

Also, if it’s behaving as you say, that would be a bug, not a feature request, so I’ve moved this out of Product Feedback. And if it is, I concur with Larry that it should be reported to Asana support.

Hello, I did report it to to support as well.

Decided to look for forum help in case I misunderstood the rules logic.

It seems that what makes this bug happen way more often is when 2 mirror rules are created for one task in 2 projects. Have ready example which I hope support will be able to recreate.
