We are working on integrating asana to help us distribute titles. There are a lot of moving parts and we are using different projects in order to manage this and putting tasks in multiple projects. Is there a way to sort the projects that show in the pills to the right of a task? We tried adding them in different orders and can’t seem to find the secret.

At this time there is not a way to sort projects in the pills that appear in a task in list view. If the order of those project titles is important to your workflow, you might consider custom fields if you’re ok with a little bit of redundancy. Otherwise, I highly recommend using section headers to organize tasks. You can create sections in a list view by writing a task and ending it with a colon. For example, “Event Management Tasks:”
