One asana task (marked as milestone, with subtasks) just disappeared

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing:

One asana task (marked as milestone, with subtasks) just disappeared
We recovered this task from search and then found it was under status “deleted”

We undeleted the task, but there were only 1 subtask left; there should should be at least 4 to 8 subtasks

Steps to reproduce:
There were at least 5-7 of us, moving tasks on a product backlog
(Log in - Asana)
One of us were editing titles a milestones
All of a sudden, one of the milestone just disappeared.

Browser version:
Chrome 版本 81.0.4044.122 (正式版本) (64 位元)
In English, I think it means: Version 81.0.4044.122, 64 bit
