Occasionally being added as a collaborator on tasks

About 3-4 weeks ago, I started being intermittently added as a collaborator whenever a form is submitted in Asana. I originally created the form and its associated rules a few years ago, and no changes have been made since then.

This is generating a high volume of notifications and cluttering my Inbox. When I review the task’s All Activity history, I don’t see any indication that I was added as a collaborator, which makes it difficult to determine the source.

I’m wondering if this may be related to a recent Asana update or system change. Has anyone seen this before or have suggestions on how to stop it from happening?

The situations are not identical, but I feel there are similarities, so please take a look at this.

Yes. that sounds like my problem. Looks like I’ll have to wait for a bug fix. thank you.
