Y axis is all zero.

Well, that’s another issue in my opinion, not related to chart in hours 
Hi everyone. Thank you so much for sharing your feedback regarding custom time units in charts! I can confirm that, as @Thomas_Pessato pointed out, this feature has now been fully launched.
It’s now possible to select the time unit (choosing from Minutes, Hours, Days, Weeks, and Years) when configuring a chart. Please note that this feature is applicable only when the chart has time measures on the Y-axis.
This has been a frequently requested quality-of-life improvement, and we’re thrilled to bring it to you.
