# Notifications not from me even though it is just me in the workspace

I have a project that is private only to me. I keep adding and making changes and the notifications I receive via Teams and email says my co-worker is making those changes. How do I fix it?

Hi @Jamiel_Maze, if you are assigning tasks to your coworker then they can make changes to the task, which will then generate notifications for you if you are a collaborator.

That is expected behaviour.

Hi Richard. I am only assigning tasks to myself and it’s on my own “Team” with no other collaborators. There is no one else on this private project except me. That is what is weird about it all.

That does sound very weird indeed. Best to get in touch with Asana support via the Help Center.
