When I click the add task button nothing happens. I do have a task template created, but I don’t want to use that one each time. I deleted all of the rules to make sure that was not the issue, but it didn’t resolve it. The add task button works in other projects.
Hi @Beth_Celuck , this may happen if you have enabled a filter on that particular (List?) view, such as to show completed tasks for example (so your new incomplete tasks would not show up). Another reason could be a sort that is dropping the new tasks to the bottom of the list, out of sight.
Try disabling (temporarily) all filters, sorts and groups and instead just sort by ‘Created on’ to find your new tasks and clean up.
