Not receiving emails when assigned to tasks

Hi
Although I have set to receive notifications when tasks are assigned to me and when I am mentioned. I don’t receive them.

i receive weekly updates, but not those.
Any tip?

Hi @Thierry, welcome back to our Forum! Sorry for the trouble. Have you checked if the “Activity updates” option is enabled in your Notification settings?

If it is and you are still not receiving notifications, I’d recommend reaching out to our Support team directly, and they will have the tools to look into your account set up and investigate this for you.

Yes this is enabled:

I cleared it, signed out, reset them again, cleared my inbox. Checked Spam folder…
No email is sent when @mention or tasks are assigned to me.
Is there another controller or another way to reset this permission or something?
Is there a Activity log we can check on the account to see what the system does?
