Not able to add an email address


I am trying to change the email address that is associated with my Asana account because my business and domain name changed. When I go to add the email per the help guide I get a notification that my email can’t be verified. It is a working email and I haven’t had issues with it. When I tried the process over again, the verification email is not even showing up in my inbox now. Any ideas?



I think I’d recommend getting help on this from Asana support. You can go to, choose “Having Trouble With” and then “Still can’t find an answer”.
