No members of a project - how do we access it to edit?

I am the administrator for my teams account. I created 31 projects and added the appropriate project owners, team members and the CEO of the company to each project. Someone has gone in and removed EVERYBODY from the project. So now nobody can access it to edit it/add project members/add project to a portfolio, etc. How can I, as the administrator, be added back to these projects who have no owner and no members?
