# New user, having trouble with task creation notification emails to project members

Is it anything like this issue? [Creating tasks via email gives error "We couldn't process your email." for most users - #7 by Stephanie\_Oberg](https://forum.asana.com/t/creating-tasks-via-email-gives-error-we-couldnt-process-your-email-for-most-users/17443/7) If so, there is a fix and I do have it working, but it was quite involved…had to actually have a software engineer at my company implement it.
