New to Asana-Adding a team member without the same domain email address

I recently started using Asana and just hired a Virtual Admin. She currently does not have the same domain email address so I added her as a guest. She is limited in what she can do such as edit custom fields. What is the best way to handle this? Should I create an email address for her or is there another way it could be handled? I’m interested in hearing how other people have handled this as we are looking to grow and add more staff. Thanks!

If she is your virtual assistant I would recommend you give her a domain address. As you mentioned, custom fields in an organization can only be added by a member with same domain name. As you expand you can decide on guests and domain users to balance the number of seats you want to pay for.
