My team uses Asana to track support ticket resolution. We handle a number of support requests and use different columns for end-to-end visibility. Having an item count for each column would be a simple but extremely useful tool for quickly assessing progress and volume. This would greatly assist in task prioritization and time estimations.

One possible workaroudn would be to use the “Story Point” extension and mark each card as 1 story point.
Hi @Jason_Woods - I may be wrong, as I only just discovered this because of your post but I downloaded the extension and it did nothing. Could it be that it doesn’t work since they changed the Header? Is it still working for you?
Hi @Ruth_Newnham I havent used the extension in a while, but when I did, I had to completely reload the app to get it to work.
