My Tasks filter categories not displaying

For “My Tasks” I have a status and Priority columns that I use to filter my tasks. Some sort of glitch happened today and now these filter columns are not displaying:

I tried removing all my filters and re-adding them but it didn’t help. I also trying refreshing and ended up redownloading the MacOS app but it didn’t help.

When I click into a task I see that the filter categories are still their but they aren’t displaying on “My Tasks” page:

When I try to re-add them on “My Tasks” page they immediately disappear

Hi, @Geoffrey_Smith-Wooll this sounds like a display or sync issue in Asana rather than missing data, since the Status and Priority fields are still visible in individual tasks.

Try opening My Tasks in a browser to see if the issue persists, then go to Customize → Fields and make sure you re-add the existing Status and Priority fields (not new ones with the same name). You can also switch views (e.g., Board to List) to reset the layout, clear any filters or sorting, and try again. Testing in a private window or disabling extensions can help rule out browser issues. It’s also worth checking a regular project to confirm those fields still exist there if they were removed or changed, they won’t stick in My Tasks.
