my tasks - app issue

Hi,

the last 2 days , an issue appeared in mobile app.
My tasks cannot be reloaded for some users and they can’t see their tasks.
Has anyone the same issue?

I’m not seeing this on Android.

You could try clearing the cache and even uninstalling/reinstalling the app, if you haven’t already, then please create a support ticket: see How to contact our Support Team.

This issue is on Android , but a few users faced it. We tried to reinstall but still exists.
We will clear the cache and see if anything changes.

I guess we have to contact support because it seems that the app haw issues again.

I only have this issue on the IPhone App. but on my PC its good.

No, nothing yet. We have this issue on Android and iOS app.

Support hasn’t given us any feedback and more users have the same issue.
We cannot work again.

Has there been any feedback on this issue? We are experiencing the same problems and we cannot work due to this. I put in a support ticket yesterday and still have not heard anything there either.

No , there is no feedback. Still exists and now more users faced it.
