We have multiple boards that stem from a single template board. Each one represents tasks for a project (they are all 99% similar) with dates being different for each client based on when we take on the project. It’s getting a bit unwieldy now with 43 projects setup with tasks being the same for many.
Is there a simple way to :
- Manage this information going forward (we need to setup a board quickly with the standard tasks easily)
- Migrate all the current projects into a single board or view for example and then get an overview for department heads for each client?
Any advice appreciated.
