Move tasks at a specific time of day

There is some way of move tasks of one column for other column at specific time of day?

For example, I have 4 columns (To Do, Doing, Validation, Done) and at 10 a.m. I move one task for column “Validation”. What I want is that at 17 p.m. this task be moved for column “Done” automatically.

This is possible?

You will find in the following post that your use cases is entirely possible, but only under a business or enterprise license as those contain the due date approaching trigger for Rules: New triggers for Rules: “Due date is approaching” and “Task is Overdue”
