In the section of My Tasks, all the tasks are just listed and unstructured. Is it possible to have different views to help users to create different view according to topics, projects, key words, etc? This would help the users to organise his/her own tasks and become more targeted everyday.
There are plenty of possibilities. I use a custom field to sort my tasks. Within the section my tasks are grouped by this single select custom field.
You can also use different views where you can filter to see only certain tasks. This avoids clutter.
