Mobile Android app not showing anything despite me being logged in

I am logged in to Asana via my organizations log in and I used magic link and it went to my work email but when I go into the app on Android, I am logged in but nothing shows and I can’t search for projects or see any tasks. I uninstalled and reinstalled the device and cleared the cache and my OS is up to date. Anything anyone can do to help would be amazing.

Is there any chance you are not in the correct workspace on mobile?

Thanks for the response! How do I check the workspace? I see my company name in my profile section

It’s called Account here. Click that and then in the list of accounts, perhaps there’s more than one and you’re not in the right one, so click the other there. Just a possibility…
