Missing learning courses

Hello everyone, I have started to use Asana this month with 2 accounts, one from personal Gmail using Google SSO, one from work email. I also completed a program to become an Asana Partner with my work account

Then I merged my work account to my personal one and I can’t find my completed courses in “My Profile” section in Asana Academy. Please advise how can I restore them?

Hi @Rebecca_McGrath , I did it several times but no luck. Before the merge, my completed courses linked to my work email. Now the Academy Profile shows my Gmail as primary and I can’t change that. Maybe the Academy app does not detect the merge.
