Missing Attachments

All previous tasks and projects with attached files now have broken file pathways to Dropbox, Microsoft Suite, and local Desktop files.

An error page occurs if you try downloading.

I can no longer access these files directly within Asana.

Not sure if this is a bug, but I have the most recent version.

Welcome to the forum.

That sounds frustrating. Have you checked that these files destination did not change. If someone moves a file from one location to the next in microsoft suite for example, the link will change and hence why you may get a broken link.

File destinations have not moved or been changed.

In this case, I suggest you contact support team. THey should be able to investigate and help you with this issue.
