Metadata fields shows up in "My Tasks" but not in project

Hi there,

I’m having issues to add some medadata fields to a newly created projects. I can see that there are some metadata fields in “my tasks” view

However, when i want the same in a private project, most of the metadata fields are not showing up in the custom field section, see below.

Can someone help me understood why this is happening? Thanks!

Just tested in public projects as well and saw the same thing, it doesn’t have most of the metadata fields.

For regular projects, they’re in a different place than for My Tasks; they’re under the Hide button:
