There was not for this event! I tried a new format this time which was less content being presented and more a group conversation with people sharing their experiences. Previous recordings are here that are more content-driven: https://linktr.ee/xandgriffin
Hi Jennifer! This is an ongoing group, I hold them about once a month. This time format changed a little (more of a group discussion instead of presented content). If you want to get emailed when the next registration goes up + access previous recordings: https://linktr.ee/xandgriffin

Hi there friends. So excited people are excited about it. This is a monthly recurring event - this one was a bit different since we had a group conversation instead of a content presentation so no recording for this one.
Here’s the recap on what we talked about:
Real Talk & Raw Honesty
- Imposter syndrome hit home — those quiet thoughts like “Do I deserve this?” are more common than we think.
- Many of us shared that feeling of being stuck and not realizing it — just naming it can be the shift.
- Reorganizing to understand isn’t just valid — it’s a superpower. We don’t need to fit into traditional structures to succeed.
Communication, Boundaries & Belief
- One parent reflected on how supporting their kids led to their own diagnosis — and gave them the language to finally understand themselves.
- Our communication styles matter. Explaining the why behind what we do can make all the difference.
- Body check-ins (Am I hungry? Tired? Overstimulated?) help us recognize what’s really going on before reacting.
Neurodivergence at Work
- “Stop making me stop” summed up the frustration of disrupted workflows, task-switching, and sensory overload.
- Too many platforms and scattered communication create chaos — streamlining helps everyone, not just neurodivergent folks.
- A simple “How to Work With Me” guide can reshape how we’re perceived — and how well teams function.
