I would love to be able to mass edit project custom fields from the portfolio view. Multiselect would let me do what I need, but that isn’t a feature, so instead I’m trying to use a rule. However, I need it to run on existing data instead of based on a trigger. For example: if a custom field is X, change custom field to Y. I can do that in a project, but it doesn’t seem to be an option at the portfolio level, and I am not on the enterprise plan that would give me bundles access.
Indeed, manual rule trigger doesn’t yet exist at the project level.
It wouldn’t change anything, bundles help you define rules within projects, and don’t “run” them.
