Hello everyone,
I am trying to find the best solution for managing meeting minutes (MoM) in my company. First of all, I am using Plaud to create meeting summaries. Unfortunately, it cannot yet be linked to Asana. Secondly, I am using Asana to manage all activities and various projects, but I would like to understand if Asana can offer other options besides creating another project. Perhaps a form? How can I automate the form to create follow-up actions? Has anyone else had this problem? Any other ideas on how to manage MoM in Asana?
Thank you in advance

Just sharing my experience for similar case:
I creates “Meetings” section in my Asana project and for each of meeting I add a task for meeting with summary in the desctiption. and then I trigger Draft Subtasks option under AI Assist options

Hi @Alejandro_Munera , and welcome to the Forum.
I love your solution @Anna_Bushanova ! Let us know, Alejandro, if that will work for you.
From my side, I can also suggest the Notes tab in your projects to store meeting minutes. This way, you can turn action items listed in the notes into tasks.
